• Any permits, approvals, or permissions required by the development, building management, or relevant authorities for delivery must be arranged by the client in advance. The company will not be responsible for obtaining such approvals or for any delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from their absence.
• Delivery timelines are calculated in working days, and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics delays.
• Orders to remote areas or involving oversized items may take longer. We will notify you in advance if this applies.
