Refund policy

1. Returns on Delivery Day

You may return unused, non-customized items if they do not match the description provided on the website, provided they are in their original packaging and condition at the time of delivery.

  • Refunds will be issued minus delivery and processing fees: 150 AED + 5% refund processing charge for Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman Customers
  • Refunds will be issued minus delivery and processing fees: 350 AED + 5% refund processing charge for Other Emirates
  • It is the client's responsibility to make sure the product will fit through all necessary doors, entry way and lift. If for any reason it does not fit, return or refund cannot be accommodated.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund with no charges. If the payment was made via Tabby or Tamara, a 6% deduction will apply.

3. Incorrect Design

If the item received does not match the design images shown on our website: You are eligible for a  full refund, excluding the

  • AED 150 delivery fee for Dubai/Sharjah/Ajman
  • AED 350 for Other Emirates 

4. Damaged Items

  • If the item arrives severely damaged, we will arrange a return or full refund at no extra cost given its on the same day.
  • For minor damage (e.g., scratches, dents, chipped edges) caused during delivery, we will offer:
    • A full repair within 7-9 days with no extra charges

5. Delayed Delivery

If your delivery is delayed by more than 25 days, you will receive a full refund plus AED 500 store credit as compensation.

6. Size Issues

Product dimensions are clearly listed on every product page.
If an item doesn’t fit your space:

  • We can offer a customized exchange of the same product for free excluding the delivery charge of 400 AED.

7. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be made only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on your issuing bank.

If delayed, please contact your bank for further processing information.

8. Customized Orders

  • Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to order and cannot be resold.
  • Please ensure all details are correct when ordering. For assistance, reach out to our Customer Relationship Managers.

9. Bedding Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, bedding products cannot be returned once delivered.
    In such cases, we can offer store credit or an exchange only. Refunds are not applicable for bedding items.
  • To help you make the right choice, we recommend requesting a fabric swatch from our team to experience the look and feel before purchase.
