Can I request a color or size change?
Yes! While we primarily sell our own signature designs, we offer customization options in color, fabric, finish, and size to better suit your space. Reach out to our team before placing your order to discuss available options.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can place orders directly through our website by browsing our exclusive furniture collection and checking out securely. For custom design requests or modifications, feel free to reach out to us via Instagram @petite_kaadhal or email us at info@petitekaadhal.com.
Can I schedule a delivery time?
While we do not offer fixed time slots, deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM. Our team will contact you in advance to coordinate and ensure someone is available to receive the order during the window.
Do you offer express or same-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery, as all our furniture is made to order. However, we do offer express delivery within 7–10 days for an additional charge of AED 350.

Installation & Support

Is installation included in the price?
Yes, installation is completely free for all orders. Our team will ensure your furniture is assembled and set up properly at the time of delivery.
Do I need to be present during delivery?
It is recommended, but if that’s not possible, an authorized person must be available to accept and inspect the delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
You can return unused, non-custom items on the day of delivery. Refunds are issued minus AED 150 + 3% processing. Exchanges/store credit have no fee.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If the product differs from the design shown on our site or is severely damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund (minus delivery fee), or an exchange. Minor damage is handled with exchange or store credit.

Warranty & Quality

What warranty do you offer on your products?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all furniture.
What’s covered under the warranty?
Year 1 includes full coverage (repairs/replacement) at no cost. Year 2 includes partial support with service and delivery charges applied as needed.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, payment links, and Tabby for installment plans.
Do you offer payment plans or Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Yes, we’ve partnered with Tabby for easy interest-free installments across eligible purchases.

Customization

Can I return or exchange custom-made furniture?
Custom-made items are not refundable, but we offer rectifications. Please review all custom details before confirming.
