Warranty Policy
At Petite Kaadhal, we stand by the quality of our products. All eligible furniture purchases are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This includes:
- Structural integrity of frames and joints
- Defects in materials such as wood, fabric, or hardware
- Workmanship-related faults like loose stitching or improper fittings
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Discoloration, fading, or staining from sunlight, liquids, or chemicals
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Petite Kaadhal
- Items used in commercial or non-residential settings
Coverage Timeline
- Year 1: Full coverage including repairs or replacement of defective parts at no cost

Year 2: Extended support – we will support repair or replacement of specific parts, though service, pickup, and delivery charges may apply.
- Fragile materials such as ceramic, glass, and similar finishes are covered under a limited repair warranty during the first year. From the second year onwards, any repairs or replacements related to these materials will be chargeable.
How to Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact our support team at info@petitekaadhal.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the defect
- A description of the issue
We aim to resolve warranty claims within 10 business days.
Final Note
Petite Kaadhal reserves the right to determine if a product issue qualifies under this warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser in the United Arab Emirates.
